Device Hand Grip Accessory for product material failure due to product defect for
a period of three years from the date of product purchase. Abuse of our product in that period
invalidates this warranty. This warranty only covers the replacement of failed Octo-Grip
Smart Device Hand Grip Accessory product, upon receipt by Octo-Grip Enterprises
LLP of the Octo-Grip Smart Device Hand Grip Accessory originally purchased, and
offers no indemnification for any damage to any device that results due to the
failure of the Octo-Grip Smart Device Hand Grip Accessory.
If you purchase an Octo-Grip Smart Device Hand Grip Accessory we offer a no questions asked product return policy for the first ninety days from the date of your purchase. For any reason if you choose to remove your Octo-Grip Smart Device Hand Grip Accessory from the device your originally tried it on and return it, in that period, we will refund your original product purchase amount. Any tax, postage & shipping costs required to receive or return your device are NOT covered.
